The effects of the Covid 19 pandemic have highlighted a change in consumer habits and companies are increasingly understanding the importance of reviewing business strategies by digitizing business processes and changing their approach to sales. In this way they can involve the customer more and optimize the effectiveness of each negotiation, thus allowing the company to evolve and be one step ahead of its competitors.
